What track day tyres

Not been on a track day for a while. I have a set of 14" compomotives with Yoko 32r which have seen about 500 road miles and 4-5 track days. They have about another 1-2 trackdays left in them Max

So what tyres do you recommened for a Tiger supercat ( 7 type car) and the best place to get them from. Hoping to get a few trackdays booked for this year

Toyo R888 - they seem to work well on all types of car.

I'm quite a fan of the Kumho V70a, a soft compound could work quite well on a light car.

Something different to the R888 anyway.

heard plenty of good things about them also. what go me thinking was that I was in Castle combe yesterday and happend to be a trackday on. many using road tyres and others using track day rubber including Dunlops.

What would regular trackday's get there tyres from?

Slicks!

I run them on my Nova - last longer than A032-Rs that I've had plenty of, and better grip and very progressive.
And... £15 each (Michelin 16/53x13).

I will look into camskill and as for slicks again WHERE would be the best place to look for thses

good thread. niot sure about slicks, foun the 32's to be very good
