Bugger! Anyone got a spare (broken) AFM?
Discussion
Just dropped the bloody afm on the floor and shattered the black plastic cap sealing the inner gubbins. Has anyone got a knackered afm that i could liberate the cap off in exchange for beer tokens. Even a working one would do as long as you don't want eleventy billion pounds for it.

No broken ones but I have a couple of spares if you get stuck.
Does the flap swing freely throughout its range of travel? If the casing has been distorted and the flap scrapes anywhere you may as well bin it.
Think I have some data somewhere on basic flap setting... I worked it out myself having rebuilt the Jag unit on my car
That particular unit was sold to me by a well-known Wedge 'guru'
but the bearings were shot. Steep learning curve...

ks, it looks like the spring has unwound itself slightly, the flap is nearly fully open at idle now!
Cheers Ian, got the cap in the post yesterday, all sorted now.
