calling all petrolheadz can u help???
having a bit of bother with me 156 when i start it up theres a loud crunch and loadz of vibez through the whole car which now wont drive the n/s wheel thought it was the drive shaft so i replaced it tryed to start it up again and it was the same not sure if its the box but me gears select no problem sort of came to a dead end got any suggestions? would be greatfull for any comments cheers

i stevieturbo thats a great idea but the cars only driving on the o/s wheel so i dont want to drive it can'it tow either for the crunch when the wheels turn?

so did you cause the damage, or did it mystically happen overnight causing the vehicle to be immobile ??

Join the AA and have them come tow it ( or some other recovery firm )

As for internet diagnosis....Im getting fed up even trying given the crap descriptions people give, as its virtually impossible to diagnose problems from afar that way.

And given the extend of the noises, its probably foolish to even contemplate driving it anyway !!

i stevieturbo its definitly the diff just had the alfa techie round shot gear box!
