Just got a new laptop (advent roma 2000) how long should the battery last after charging it fully? I'm only getting 30 minute to an hour tops? this ok?
cycle it a few times and see if that makes a difference. Shouldn't do with the latest Li=Pol batteries, but worth a go. Also check the power saver settings to see what might be using the most juice (screen usually)
These machines have poor battery life anyway, but you should be able to squeeze more than an hour out of it. Check the power profile is optimized for max battery life, and turn down the screen brightness as much as possible.
