Large Curtains Needed
Discussion
1) Ready-made curtains - affordable, probably a bit thin, limited choice. Adjust height either by turning up or adjusting curtain rail.
2) Made to measure - expensive, lined, weigted to hang nicely, infinite choice of fabrics.
Depends how much money you want to spend and how long you plan to live there.

Hi All,
I think I've figured that I should be able to get off the peg ones.
It would appear that the following should fit:

as it states "One pair of 228cm width curtains will fit curtain pole up to 410cm"
Problem solved.
Cheers

I have pretty wide windows in my living and dining room. My window mesurements are 230 cm drop x 260 cm width.
Anyone got any suggestions for places to get curtains and also prices?
Ready made curtains in the standard size 228cm x 228cm (90"x90") should fit without being too skimpy. If you want to have a fuller, more gathered look, some places, such as Paul Simon, do extra wide ready made curtains too. If you can keep to the standard sizes, you shouldn't have to spend that much as there are some good deals about at the moment.Anyone got any suggestions for places to get curtains and also prices?
I'm currently looking for curtains for our large windows too, except one of them is over 3.6m wide! Now that is proving difficult to do without spending a stupid amount of money.
