My Thousandth Post - Let's Go Get Drunk

I know this means I'm still a boy compared to a lot of you, however reaching the big 1K, I do feel as if my balls are not as equally balanced as they once were and that I am well on my way to becoming a man.
Anyhoo... to mark this monumental occasion, I felt that it was only right and proper to celebrate in the time old, traditional, SAS way of getting absolutely s
t faced! To minimise cost, I propose to have this event at Blubeckers as I have an offer entitling us to 25% off the entire bill; food, drink, the lot!
So, who fancies a large steak and chips washed down by lashings of beer on Thursday 18th of Feb Here ?
I chose this date as this was the date of the postponed Ice Karting
The offer I have is for a maximum of twelve (I asked them if they would extend it to a dozen but they weren't having it) so should anyone be interested, add your name below.

I keep reading this thread as it is a brilliant idea Colin, but sadly i cant come.
When the karting was cancelled, Vicki volunteered to babysit for a friend so im at home looking after ours. At least we will have saved up babysitting credits for a future sas night of drinking entertainment!

John (and anyone else who's interested) as a suggestion, if you get the train to Twyford, the Wagon and Horses pub is only a 5min walk from the station and if we meet say 18:30, we can have a couple of beers there then get a sherbert to the Horse and Groom for just before 20:00.
Sound like a plan?
