Random channels missing on Sky

I assume this is the right place to post this, but as per the title, we have random channels across our Sky package that have gone missing, and all we get is a blue screen with a message that no signal is being received. Now, I am not clear how this works, but I assume that if we get most other channels, the dish is aligned properly, so the problem must lie elsewhere?

Could be your LMB as well - Horizontal / Vertical polarization fail OR very, very slightly out of alignment?

Is it a Sky+ box? If so, unplug it and swap the antenna cables over and see if it makes any difference.
