Website funding through business

Evening chaps.

After some thought on starting up myself, I had a little thought while doing my business plan. How will I be able to fund my website to get it up and running? Will I be able to put this through as a business expense? Could I, once the business has been registered, put this through the business? I will initially start on this part time but really am going to be solely based online. Also, will the SEO company that I work with in the future go through the same process?

I have gathered some finances for stock, but really require clarification on where I currently stand regarding this issue.

Keep all your invoices and receipts and so on, and yes, if it's a legitimate start-up cost, you can put it through the business once you;ve set it up. There may be an 18 month limitation on that, but I can't remember.
