Recommend me a weeks holiday!

Me and my OH are looking at going somewhere for a week from the 13th March for 7 days, been looking at places but not too sure what to do...

We don't want anywhere chavvy, somewhere a bit different with lots to see would be nice, good food, reasonably cheap, etc

We've looked at Poland, Romania, Marrakech, etc, any suggestions?

Budget is £250-350pp

Is that budget to include flights, accommodation and food / extras?

If so, Ryanair to Eastern Europe probably is your best bet.

Yeah, in total we have about 500-700 to spend on hotel + flight

We would pay more for all-inclusive, but that budget doesn't necessarily include food

How about Istanbul? Cheap flights with Easyjet.

Budapest is looking great at the moment, about £500+ for flights and hotel, which is well within our budget (As I said, food, etc will be seperate from the budget)

Can't find any cheap flights to Croatia at all, which is a shame as it looks great!

Thanks for the help, we'll look into Istanbul, is £700 enough for 2 people for a week (Hotels and flights only)? I'm not used to going on holiday so I have no idea

Looking at two places:

Port El Kantoui in Tunisa (Royal Kenz Hotel)
Budapest (Art 'Otel)

Anyone been to one of them?

Went to Port El Kantoui in 2005. Possibly the most boring destination I have ever been to in my life....

We booked there in the end, it looks good We're not after going mental for a week, just a chillout
