... I dislocated my knee around 15 years ago, and it's never been right since. I'm lucky enough to live near a slope so go around once every 10 days.

I'm still learning / pushing it and for three to four days after my knee hurts. Can anyone recommend a knee brace / pad combo ?

I have bad knees and have used McDavid Pro Stabiliser supports for two years.. they are excellent.

They do a good range. I use the full brace with metal hinges. If you want them extra secure sut a tight neoprene support over the top.

On Amazon for £40 each - mega deal.

Many thanks, that's just what I was thinking of.

Friend of mine is into Motorcross and has some that cost around 8 billion quid, these are a much better idea.
