Recommend a Solicitor / Conveyancer in Surrey / Hants

Basically as per the title. Need a decent (communicative and helpful) Solicitor or Conveyancer for a fairly straight forward house purchase I'm contemplating.

The seller of the flat I purchased used these numbskulls - utterly imcompetent and proceeded to correspond by snail mail at every occasion.

I hold them solely responsible for the enormous delay with one of my flat purchases.

I would like to add that the firm below caused 2 months delays to the purchase of my house.. as they did not understand all of the facts around the lease of the private road! and then wanted to charge more money for Chancery searches then it would be to provide insurance against any possible maintainence charges for the local church!

I'd recommend Darren Bowen at Woodford Stauffer in Farnborough/Aldershot area. I've been using him for years and have always been pleased with the service.

Deglan Rowe at Davies Blunden and Evans in Farnborough is who I use, and have always found them very reasonable and very good.

As said, otherwise Woodford Stauffer are pretty good, Philip Woodford is who I've used there.
