There are plenty of women that are not mental mostly. But ALL women can display The Mental on occasion.

My wife only displayes The Mental when

(1) She wants something
(2) Doesn't want to admit it
(3) Makes up reasons for why we should get the something that are patently absurd
(4) I point this out
