I'm wanting to produce a bonnet scoop liner for my mini to flow the air through the intercooler better as currently it's just an open box meaning more flow goes through the back than the front.

Who can i go about contacting to do some CFD for me and potentially some testing?

I always wonder with little things like this if a local Tech College/Uni could give it as a project to one of their students (who in my college spend way too much time designing fake pound coins). Assuming you don't need it quickly/want experience involved.

There's certainly no rush and anything is an improvement on the current scoop.

just lash something up and do the wool tufts test and IC temp readings, it's going to tell you a good enough story. Too much reliance on computers these days to do what a simple physical test will tell you in a fraction of the time and effort required for a small project like this.

You can start by copying what is already out there, the later spec Impreza has a built in IC scoop splitter for this exact reason.
