Finally watched the final of WSM. It's a shame the Beeb doesn't show this, instead of Bravo screening it 4 months after it had taken place.

Nice to see Marius make it to 2nd, and was only seconds off beating Savickas even though he was training for his MMA début at the time.

I thought it was a good final, and cannot see any English fellas making the top position from it. Hollands and Laurence are good also-rans for the podium, but they need more shoulder strength.

Anyone on here seen Fortissimus?

Marius has not fought any big names yet, but all initial signs suggest he will do well at MMA.

Anyone been watching the classic WSM on Bravo? I had forgotten how big Capes was. Have watched the 84 and 85 finals this week, was great to see Jon-Pall and Capes go head to head. Was also fun to see some of the old time events, like the sandbag race finish

I don't think there is anyone in the current run of British competitors who is a good enough all rounder to take the title currently, which is a shame.
