I am doing a presentation at work and need to represent something by putting a picture of the best scalextric set in the world. I have had a look through Google and not really found anything that is suitable.

I was after a view of a really complicated layout from an aerial viewpoint, or at least with most of the complexity and track shown.

Wondering if the PH massive know of any such picture??

Best as in a setup that has lots of corners, maybe based on a real F1 circuit, but isn't the standard out of the box stuff.

Even with brilliant scenery and trackside furniture.

Kind of like this, but with more scenery and more lanes.

Anything on James May Toy Stories? That was a pretty big setup!

It would do, but can't find a single overhead view (plus with the width of track probably wouldn't be so detailed.)

Some of the club layouts around the country are pretty impressive. However, many don't use standard Scalextric track. They make their own multi-lane set ups using mdf and chipboard.

Maybe if you do a search under "Slot-Car Layouts" rather than Scalextric you might get more impressive results.

I have settled on this....

Not as fancy as I was going for, but does show a full feature setup pretty well.

ETA: And I swapped to slot car for the search, which helped - thanks Eric MC

Doesn't really meet with any of your requirements except for 'scenery', but I got one of these as a kid many years ago and it's still lurking in the loft...

Was it not in erm James May's top toys when they are building the worlds longest track?
And it is one of the clubs tracks?

That's Aurora/Tomy AFX. Got loads of it in the spare room. Smaller than Scalextric. And faster too. Got some Scalextric too mind, they go more sideways!

Can you please take some newer pictures as would love to see it with the changes and more realistic scenery as that is an awesome setup.

This video doesn't really do the setup justice but you'll get the gist.
