Been shopping around for insurnce on my Z4MC and the cheapest I have found is Bell or Royal Sun Alliance who are both about the same. Anyone got any experience when it comes to dealing with either company?

Cheers

I'm with Bell, but have no experience of them other than buying the policy.

They will usually price match though.

Actually now I come to think of it Bell did work out cheaper last time I renewed.

However, they are part of the same group as Admiral so the customer service person could see my quote from Bell and matched it!

I also have a Z4MC and I am with More-than which is RSA. If you are thinking of keeping the car for a few years it is a good option as they give a 20% discount year on year!!, and they did not charge me extra for putting on 19'' CSL's.

Axa were over £300 cheaper than the nearest for me with my E92 M3 this year and renewed a week ago, happy with that including protected NCB.

admiral=elephant which both equal rip off, as your factory fit options are NOT covered but must be declared on policy to load the premuim. WTF!!

Got mine on Bell, was cheapest by a couple of hundred quid but never tried claiming for anything, strike me as good if you're in London, in your 20s or both

I'm insured with Chris Knott too, did me a good deal on my second car with 0 NCB. I think you get an additonal 10% off if you mention the forum.

I used to be with Bell for the Z4C, then when renewal came up, Adrian Flux came in at £150 pa cheaper with I.A.M membership - definitely worth giving a shot.

Bell and Admiral always been cheapest for me on M cars. Current Z4M is with them, renewal is due (27, 5 years NCB) and quote is coming in at circa £698.

I had a claim with Bell years ago and had no problems at all
