I wonder what counts as competing?

Turning up? Attempting to qualify? Failing to qualify? Arriving and finding an unspecified hydraulic problem which forces a DNF?

i said this on the usf1 thread..

i reckon it will be a farce, they will claim to have sent 2 cars and there equipment by freight, yet come practice theyll be nothing.

but thats my humble opinion.
