Connecting a laptop to TV (not easy!)

I am trying to find a cable to connect a netbook to a TV, problem is the choice of ports is pretty restricted:
Laptop is VGA output which is fine.
TV has RCA (red, white and yellow female) or S-Video input (4-pin female I think).

Can anyone find an appropriate cable? I have found lots of VGA to S-Video cables, but the S-Video end is always female not male.

Won't work passively, you need something called a scan converter.
