Thread title layouts

Hi,
Why am I getting a different layout to thread pages in some of the topics in The Lounge? Sometimes the thread topic is displayed at the top right of the page other times its in the top left in a completely different format.

Are you logged in or logged out when you view these, the "skin" will always default to Big Blue when you are veiwing when logged out.
