At a level crossing in Argentina a stalled van is pushed off the tracks by the motorbike rider that was following it seconds before it gets hit by the train.

His run back across the track was a bit silly and the real Superman (who's identity will remain secret) wouldn't have done it.

He'd have been arrested for attempting to hold up a train under the terrorism act and interrogated for days then let out under a supervision order wearing a leg tag.
His family would be under surveillance and his bank accounts would be frozen. Millipede would declare him an enemy of the state.
The van driver would attempt to sue him for damage to the van and report him to the police for looking at his wife through the rear window in a menacing and aggressive manner.
In France, Spain, Holland . . .

They would organise a party for him where he and his family would enjoy a night's eating, drinking and dancing . . . and the papers would declare him a hero !
