Anyone know the Car or Place?

Does anyone recognise this Left Hand Drive Griffith 500 SE or know where the photo was taken?

I notice that the two Chimaeras have British plates, but the Wedge doesn't, and the Griff is possibly Swiss?

I wanted to track it down so that I could include in my Griff 500 SE Register http://www.griffith500se.co.uk/

Probably not allowed angled plates in Switzerland, as they are angled on the latter Griff 500SE's

The Griff is Defo Swiss and registered in the Canton of Geneva. More than that, I can't help but maybe that narrows it down a bit.

All Swiss plates are detachable as they are driver specific, not car specific, hence looking like a pigs ear.

Try posting this pic in the Swiss forum as it may have been one of the Swiss Brit Car get togethers they have occassionally. .

Everyone in Switzerland can look up someone elses plate as well I believe . . . Or certainly used to be able too?

Hmmm - that car looks suspiciously like Chiltern Green and I thought mine was the only one in that colour.

FYI the picture was taken at the yearly british classic car gathering in Morges at the Lac Leman. Clearly you can see one tower of the castel around which the gathering takes place (see http://www.british-cars.ch ). Last edition showed more than 1000 english cars... of which 2 amphibian cars.
