Glovebox CD Changer Cartridge stuck - help?

After changing the CD's in my glovebox CD Changer it's stuck (E64 6 Series Convertible). I can't get the cartridge to eject and neither are any of the CD's loading..

Any idea's on how to get this out?

Also interested in this topic because a guy i work with has an M6 convertable with exactly the same problem. Comman fault?

Took it to a dealer who used this special tool to jack out the changer..apparently 1 cd was not inserted properly which was causing it to get stuck!
