'Favorites' problem

My PC (running Win2k) has suddenly decided it no longer wants to save my favourite links on E:Favorites, but instead wants to use C:WINNT. Thus when I go to Favourites in IE6, it's now blank. I've not been fiddling with it, but have just had a virus (which is now eradicated).

Can anyone tell me how to point IE6 etc. back to E:Favorites?

I think the following reg key may have been changed:

HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionExplorerShell Folders

Look at the 'Favourites' value and repoint accordingly (normally C:Documents and Settings***USERNAME***Favorites)
