Early rear end fit?

Would the early grantura rear end fit/ graft onto the 1800s chassis body combination without major work?

i.e would it fit straight onto the existing chassis?

You will have to be more specific.

Year, model, body to chassis?? rear sauspension??

A Grantura Mk 3 is very similar to an 1800s so if you mean a body / part body swap than the answer is yes.
