Easy Jet Cancel Flight - Now What ???

Booked my Son & Daughter IL on a flight to Barcelona via Easy Jet tonight from Bristol.

Flight Crew announce they have run out of hours and there's no alternative flight..........so go home!!!

What's the next step to sort Easy Jet out - runied hotel booking, 3-days break and no alternatives given.

What would you knowledgeable PHers offer as a next step ???

Claim on travel insurance?

Unless you booked the hotel with Easy Jet as part of a package, I dont' think that they are liable for your consequential costs, ect.

IIRCI saw something about them sending out emails cancelling flights by mistake then sending another saying they were rescheduled.....
