I know some 2001-4 Murcie owners have had the front brakes upgraded to Gallardo/LP640 spec with bigger calipers etc. I've just had the last bit in the jigsaw fitted to my 2004 Murcie which is the bigger servo from the LP640. Although without that bit the brakes are better, with this upgraded servo pump the brakes are now superb.

Hi Simon, that's very useful info as I know a good mate wants to upgrade his 53 Murci's brakes this year. (we met at rockingham when I drove Danny's yellow anniversary for no girls allowed). Cheers G

The part to finish off this upgrade is a Gallardo servo pump. It costs about £450.00. I found without upgrading this pump the brakes are better - but with it they are absolutely transformed and there is then little difference between my LP640 brakes and the modified Murcie.
Simon Stubbs at Lamborghini Manchester is familiar with this upgrade.

and mark is sooooo good looking too tongue out

do i dare tell you this , we could paint the brakes the same colour as the car , would go well with the essex boy imagewhistle ,

silver with black sticker will be best with the colour of the car imho .

but its your car so down to you
