Any one out there deal with travel insurance?

Guys & Gals,

Any one in the travel insurance business? My Dad is struggling to get travel insurance for a reasonable amount. He had a couple of heart attacks and a double bypass about 7 years ago but has been fine ever since.

He's not had trouble in the past with getting cover but he's trying to get cover for two trips this year (one to Europe and one to the US) and either the premiums are very high or the excuses are stupid!

Can any one help?
