Hmmm - no mention of Derry's disaster in the DH110.

On the issue dates, the first one was made after the first few days (4th September) and the DH101 crashed on day 6 and the extra (above) was made on the 11th September.

British designs, with a couple of notable exceptions, were never great sellers - especially civilian aircraft. BOAC (and sometimes BEA) were often forced by the government to buy British designs.
