One should tidy up after his dog, although plenty of owners don't bother.

Policed better? How? We don't need any more CCTV!

All dogs should be shot. Dirty filthy things. Then they should be bagged up and sold to the Koreans or dumped in a river.
There, thats that bit over and will save anyone posting it.

99% of dog owners DO clear up after their dogs. Its like most things in life some people spoil it for everyone else and therefore Governments have to legislate heavily to 'punish' everyone else.

I clear up after mine and I suspect everyone else on here does.

Most of the foulers (sp?) I have seen are the older generation. You know the little ole dears with shopping trolleys or the grumpy bd with the fat Labradors.

Of course you fking should! Tell this guy you know he's a selfish prick if he can't be arsed to take responsibility for what his dog dumps. Most places there's a £1000 fine for not doing so. Ever stepped on dog st? Yep - that's down to wkers like him.

I'm a dog owner btw.

Horses eat grass based products and as such, you could probably rub their ste in your eyes and get away with it.

Dog poo is a totally different matter and presents a health risk when you come into contact with it. People who don't clean up after their dog are quite simply just being selfish. Councils responsibility?! Does your mate ring them up informing them where his dog has coiled one out, or does he expect teams of them to go around searching for it? Or maybe he waits until someone stands in it then they can ring up the council to inform them where it is?
He has got a purely selfish attitude in this situation.

Gives you 20/20 vision apparently. You often get groups of lads hiding round the back of the toilet blocks at RAF selection camps just rubbing it into each others eyes.

Walking down the pedestrianised Buchanan street in Glasgow yesterday, big fking piles of steaming horse st everywhere, disgusting, and up at the top of the street...

two smug looking horse cops having there picture taken by tourists.

Clean up you fking st you arses. You let your dog crap and walk away you quite rightly get a fine, you let your police horse st piles of the stuff all over the place you are doing your job. Some poor fk will have to come along and clean this up for them after half of the shoppers in glasgow take a good portion home to walk into their carpets.

Anyone who lets their dog turd on any path should be shot... I have lost count of the number of times I have got Dog Turd in my mouth after hitting it at speed on my mountain bike..... More often than not there are lumps of corn as well.... why is there always corn!!

And if I ever EVER catch anyone hanging a turdbag on a tree... I will actually kill them... put them in a bag and hang them from the tree with their turd!

We do that because dogs crap at the start of the walk and if you are coming back the same way it saves you carrying it round with you.

Where I live there are many (mostly fat-arsed women) Horseriders using the roads and a fooking great pile of Horsest is a danger in the road - imagine hitting a pile in a bend, particularly on a motorbike. I doubt a Dog could do enough to cause such a hazard...

Simple answer. Yes always..unless in very long grass etc where no amount of searching will let you find it!

Can be fined and end up in court if not.
Hygiene, even a regularly wormed dog can pass worm eggs in faeces. WOuld you want your kids palying in a st filled field?

If you own a dog you clean up after it, no argument.
