Anyone used Bavarianretro.co.uk?
Discussion
Has anyone used the bavarianretro website or the bavarianretro seller on ebay?
I bought an E24 wing from him on 3rd of September 2009 and have still not received it. I have arranged the courier who had tried to collect on at least 5 occasions and there has been no answer.
I have had email and phone contact with bavarianretro in an effort to resolve this but recently (last few weeks) i have no answer to either text, phone or email messages?
Has anyone else experienced this? At this point, and with my experience so far, I would not personally recommend this website/vendor.

Hello there i am a new member and i am replying to you because i have also had a bad experience with the same trader you mentioned!...
Last year i obtained via one of my relatives companie an 82 Bmw e21 320 Baur convertible from this trader, the car was paid for and was then supposed to be delivered to my address but instead it was delivered to my relative...
When i went to collect the car it turned out to have this list of faults....
1, No rear brakes at all due to defective slave cylinders and very badly worn brake shoes and every time you pushed the brake pedal brake fluid came out, VERY DANGEROUS...
2, No working Horn which i thought was Pathetic of this guy!!!...
3, No working Fuel or Temp gauge or even clock in the instrument panel which was even more pathetic and put me on a real downer...
4, The engine was quite rough/worn and was leaking a lot of oil and im 1000% sure the mileage was tampered with, autobox was ok-ish, and it puffed out a lot of black smoke on start up but only then??...
5, It had an incorrect e30 steering wheel fitted to shaft and that was basically Jammed on, and had to be cut off with an electric saw...
6, Mot failable well rusty front floor pans on both sides and i still aint had a chance to sort them out...
7, A deflating rear tyre with a screw in it!...
And a few other annoying little faults..
Since then i have got onto the trading standards concerned but they are useless and wont help because they say the deal was done via my relative and her company so i cant do nish, but i dont accept that and have even got my MP involved but still nish so far and looking bleak so that tells you blatantly WHAT YOU CAN GET AWAY WITH WHEN YOU SELL A DUFF CAR..........
The car also had very little history especially as one owner had it for 20 years, and it only came with 2 mot"s which was this year and 2005/6 which i thought was well suspect, and one of those was the smaller old style certificate which wasn"t even being issued anymore at that time...
I have some details which you may find interesting about this guy as you and i seem to seem the problem with this unmentionable word beggining with C", so if you want you can email me what you think of my reply to your query and we can take it from there, and by the way-this guy currently has a bmw e28 5 series for sale on carandclassic.co.uk and the car is in Scotland and i know FOR SURE that we"re talking about the same person here....
Anyone who reads this PLEASE avoid this guy and dont deal with him because he is fake, well shady and a knocker but guess what, WHAT GOE"S AROUND COMES AROUND!!..
