Hi

I am sure, like me, most of you are sick of

a) poor journalism where they say something but don't really have any substantial evidence to back it up, or worse just lie or maniuplate the figures to make it fit their story

b) just write crap and pointless tabloid journalism that really is poor and has no point

Well I am going to make a website that will allow people (all user generated hopefully) to highlight this poor journalism.

People will can choose whatever article they want and then write up why they think its poor - and in particular highlight each paper and author.

A bit like the mailwatch website but broader - http://www.mailwatch.co.uk/

Worth it or not?

I have seen some truly ridiculous articles recently and I feel someone should be highlighting them!

The Daily Mail is not going to turn round and say 'O st we been rumbled, better get our acts together' so I cant really see much point.

It would be interesting to read from a comedy point of view, but there are already many sites/shows that already do this.

Good luck either way

It wouldnt really be to make journalism better - it would just be funny to build up 50 odd articles of bad reporting by one journalist!
