Baume & Mercier P/x

My local jeweller has a Baume & Mercier for sale that they took in p/x.



As you can see from the photo (if I have uploaded it properly)they are looking £950.

I searched for the model number, MV040122 but could not find one with the same face, and one that sold on e-bay for £261(?).

It has been serviced by B&M, is immaculate and will come with a 2 year guarantee.

Does anyone know anything about this model with this face, B&M in general and the price?

There is one here for £1090.00 or there about's with the tax, so it's about the right price I guess. Baume and Mercier are a nice watch. I have just bought a Capeland 8220 and am very pleased with the quality.

Cheers for that. I just did the search of the model again and found that one, it must have just came on today. Do you, or anyone else know what era it is?

If you go into the one on ebay you will see in the Q/A section that the watch was purchased on the 18th July 2005 for £495.00 discounted from £995.00

Not looking good for second hand at £950 then!

I really like the look of it though. It is going to have to be a quick search as my TAG is getting repaired and will be away for 2 months. Naked without it.
