Had my 330 since 2000 was a demo car when I bought and has now done 224000 miles. It still in grear condition and no real problems except wear and tear ie clutch springs disc etc. Been using an independent BMW specialist and overall feel have been looked after although not sure been doing me great price. Anyway car died on me 10 days ago had idea may be fuel pump and got to my garage. Fuel pump fitted, service and a spring cost £900 nearly £374 labour charge. Filled the tank yesterday petrol escaoping over the forecourt,on investigation it was coming out of the seal in the rear passenger side. Managed to get it back to the garage not an apology given. Surely you cant get this wrong car smells of petrol and was always the possibility of something more serious if I had gone on my journey. Is this bad workmanship or just bad luck? Hardly a word spoke to me on collection....no sorry ...or anything some lame excuse about working blind and one of those things. Rang the local BMW dealer not interested in discussing problem...

Any views or should I just forget about it?
