Guys Need Your Help

Somehow and I have no idea how, my computer has downloaded something called Security Tool. I didn't want it downloading and I am now constantly being told I have 23 viruses on the computer. To cut a long story short I need to get rid of this damn thing, but cannot for the life of me find the program to delete it.

Can anyone help me.
