MW2 connection problems - anyone else having trouble on XBL?

As title, I can't get a game, when I choose a game mode I get booted out immediately. Is there a problem on XBL?

It was very jittery around 8ish on a most matches so turned it off

Mine and a mates AVP demo isnt working, must be a problem across the board...

I click "find match" then "team deathmatch" then it looks like it's finding a game ("finding games 100ms ping" or "finding games 50ms ping") but then says "Error - Communication error with xbox live" or "Could not connect to game".

It was working fine this afternoon, I can log into XBL and see my friends, I've done the dashboard network check and it's fine and in MW2 my NAT type is Open.

Getting fked off with it a bit now, as I've been unable to get a game since 9:15pm.

Is this a similar story for you guys?

Ok, done some more searching on Google, it seems the whole of XBL is down at present. Boo!!

ETA - but the weird thing is I can still log into XBL and see people online through the dashboard/blades, I just can't get into a game with anyone in MW2.

Yup, joined up with some friends earlier to play Halo 3, no go. Tried Burnout paradise, no go. Tried MW2, no go

It was at that point we thought something might be up... Bunch of geniuses wey are!

Had the same problem last night, gave up and played single-player Left 4 Dead instead.
