Hi all,
I bought my Cerb back in October 2009, and thought it was a bit criminal not to post some pictures of it! With all the bad weather we have had, I haven't had as much of a chance to drive it as I would like, but I'm hoping to make up for that in the summer.
I am very pleased with it, haven't had any problems apart from a little electrical fault in the passenger door (turned out to be the reed switch), which I knew about prior to purchasing. I made sure I checked the chassis very carefully before parting with my hard earned, and there is a few spots where the powder coat has come away but no horror stories
I had the car checked over at Dave Batty's place, where she was treated a full 12k service and the ribbon cable and dash control box replaced.
Anyway, little bit of history, the car has been owned by at least 3 previous PHer's and has a very thorough history most of the work being carried out at APM. So I know she has been well looked after. She is on an R plate, registered in December 1997 and she has covered 69000 miles. I have to say the engine is excellent. After all the horror stories you hear, I was a little worried about the mileage but my mind was soon put to rest after Dave cast his eye over it, and since I have been driving it, it hasn't used a drop of oil
So far I have to say my first experience of TVR ownership has been brilliant, and I am looking forward to the warmer weather. And just a quick thanks to all the fine people of pistonheads who have made me feel so welcome. It was good to meet a few of you at thunder in the tunnels, and fingers crossed I can make a few more meets this year
I'll leave you with a couple arty pics which my friend took for me.

Edited to say sorry for the low res pics, my mate still has the high res ones on his laptop

Thanks for the replies chaps
It is indeed kevins old car. He was one of the many people I spoke to before purchasing. He looked after her very well. I am hoping to be able to attend a surrey tvr meet when the weather is better, to meet with kevin so he can see her again. Im not sure on the colour, I know its not halcyon atlantis though.

Attend when you can Dan you'll be most welcome. Some folks just bring a different car when the weather is rubbish and we get a good crowd even in winter.

The better the weather gets the more you'll love the car. Looks like you could living in Portsmouth from the pics. Very handy for a bit of car twitching at the ferry port at LeMans time if your not going yourself.
I live in surrey, but met up with a friend who goes to uni there. Fingers crossed I will be at le mans this year but not definate yet. Cheers for the tip tho
