Fruit and Veg deliveries in London

I might have an opportunity to run a fruit stall, but I do need to act fast on it. I wouldn't actually work it myself but rather look at it as a little side business.

I've no idea about the nuances of running a stall, but I like the idea and as the funds required are not all too high I'm going to treat it as a hobby project/gamble for a few weeks and see if I can pull it off.

The main problem would be getting the produce in the morning as I don't want to have to get a van etc. So I was wondering what deal is with delivery services. I presume someone must deliver to the restaurants in the morning.

Some market stalls (Western Int, New Covent Garden) have their own delivery vehicles.
Maybe have a chat with them?
