As above, wedge manual says 2.5 pints which doesn't sound right.

Think it's 2.7 Ltrs.

Recommend you use the Synthetic oil here:

It's 2.7 pints, or about 1.5 litres. Castrol SMX - S is what you need.

That's about what I pay usually. 2 bottles is enough, with some left over for topping-up. This time of year leave it on the radiator for an hour first to speed up the filling process. I use a 2m pipe to fill, so I can stand up and have a beer while I'm waiting!

Nope, really easy jobs, just done a major service myself last weekend. Just need a 32mm spanner to get the drain plug off ( no room for a socket) and a length of garden hose or similar passed through the engine bay to fill the gearbox. My LT77 took under 2 litres of oil, not sure exactly how much as i spilt a fair bit on the garage floor smile No longer graunches into reverse and changes much smoother.

Not especially, just remember to slacken the filler before you drain the oil, just in case the filler won't budge - at least you will still be able to use the car. And ideally it will need to be level when checking, so unless you're a matchstick-man, you'll need to support the car on axle stands at both ends. (unless you have a pit or a lift of course.) You'll need proper LSD oil if you have a Powr-Lok diff.
