X5 3rd Row Seating Retrofit

Hi All

I have a 2009 BMW X5 3.0D Msport which is currently a 5 seater model.
I would like to add the 3rd row seating to give me the 7 seat option.

However when I asked my local BMW dealer they said it is not possible to do the conversion!
Is it possible to retro fit the extra seats?
Has anyone on here had it done to their car?
How much would this cost?
