I have just bought a pair of veho mimi wireless speakers.
I have connectted them to my laptop via the USB dongle that comes with them, so far so good when I play music on real player.
The problem comes when I want to play anything on iTunes. It does not seem to work. I'm sure it is just a matter of changing something in the iTunes settings, but I can't find what.

Please help!

I have a party coming up and I want to use iTunes as most of my music and playlists are already set up on here, and I can use my remote app on my iPhone. Also I want to connect the laptop to the DVD speaker system at the same time. Any advise about this also welcome.

Try looking in preferences in iTunes, in the Devices tab there's a tick box to control wireless speakers.

Thanks but I think that is only for speakers connected to air tunes. I assume you need another device to use air tunes?

Do these wireless speakers connect via wifi, or bluetooth? You probably have to set up your speakers via the audio control panel bit. I used to listen to itunes with some bluetooth speakers. Once they were listed in the computers audio options (internal speakers, headphones, etc), you could select it from the itunes bit at the bottom right.
