I'm looking at getting a 330ci sport for everyday use. I've just got a couple questions I was hoping someone could answer for me.
I’m only looking at the cabriolet just because I prefer the looks and I guess it’s nice to have the option of putting the roof down.

Firstly, is the Cab much slower than the coupe? I know it's a bit heavier but how much difference does it make?
Also, what are the rear seats like in the back of the Cab? I used to have a 911 which could fit 2 adults in, although not in great comfort admittedly. Will the 330?
What's reliability like? I've had a couple BMWs and they've all been great.
I know there were a couple updates throughout the life of the car. I think some were in 2003 is that right?

Any helpful info appreciated.

Thanks

I have a 330 coupe and it is perfectly acceptable as a four seater, as long as you are prepared to put up with two doors.
I looked at all the coupes such as RX8, Audi TT, Celica etc for back seat space and performance and the 330 has the best combination by far.

The Coupé and Convertible were facelifted in mid-2003 (June). They changed the "sad face" indicators for "smiley face indicators", changed the standard wheels from MV1's to MV2's and a few other bits and pieces.

The Coupé is a great car and I imagine the 'vert is too!

I had my '52 plate non-sport coupe for 6 years and absolutely loved it. Not had any other car for so long over 30 years of driving.
I only changed because I was bored with an auto as my original reason for having it had gone and my town driving was massively reduced.

Personally I found the sport way too stiff and juddery on cr***y south east roads but would be fine for smooth stuff.

I was thinking of a cabrio but the boot space is too compromised with the roof down.
I ended up with a '55 130I M-sport because of the hatch space available.
