I'm about halfway through reading this following a recommendation on another thread.

So far I've found it very enlightening, encouraging and inspiring.

In terms of the three personality types it highlights (entrepreneur, manager & technician) I can see all of those parts in me, and how I'm already fighting the time between them whilst trying to get my business plan in motion. I also see them in people I work with and for, how it works well when people get together well in the right places, and how it goes wrong when they don't.

It's also been encouraging in validating the approach I've been taking to setting up in business, which is how I always thought I'd set up. Whilst I'm not a salesman in the slightest, and I find it very hard to sell myself, I can be quite enthusiastic about a product or system I believe in, so that's what I'm going to create.

It also encourages you not to be afraid of thinking and aiming big. I guess that if you don't take yourself seriously why should anyone else!

I can't remember who recommended it but thanks, it's reinforced my confidence in what I'm doing thumbup

I'll be ordering this hopefully next week. Also from the other threads recommendation. Does look to be an interesting read. Need to get through some other books first though.
