Just as the title suggest, do you have a twitter account you use

I signed up a while ago and post random crap whenever Im bored, and of course its good for the stalking of *ahem* celebritys, but I must admit among all the rubbish there is a few entertaining people on there

add me on @khevolution

Yes but I had to protect my tweets because my boss found my account laugh

i had that same problem on facebook, after a well constructed rant, imaging the surprise when I realise my boss was on my friends list

cue a awkward conversation the next morning

I couldn't see the point of twitter. Then I had a moment of clarity. I've got two young kids who like any kids their age, do and say the funniest things. Fact is if you don't write it down, you will forget all the magical things they do. Thats when I realised Twitter is perfect for this. I log on once a day and jot down things they do and say. Its quick and easy. Already I'm looking back at stuff I tweeted months ago and know I would have forgotten by now if not recorded.
I keep the tweets private. I find my kids fascinating but others don't!

I find it useful as a kind of news/comedy feed tool.

I find it useful from a webdev point of view because there's lots of techy geeks on it. I find it the easiest way to keep up with what's going on in the industry. If there's a buzz about something you hear about it.

yes, @boostbyslinky ..

Use it for following F1 (very effective at the moment, most of the journos and teams tweet) and generally keeping track of a number of bits and bobs..

Yes both personally and professionally.

My own account @71NotOut is split roughly 50/50 work/play and is used to follow gadget geeks and news, and also a lot of Performance Testers as that is my field.

I get a lot of great news/info from it, I do also follow a couple of celebs but try and keep that to a minimum.

I have recently persuaded my company that we need to have a corporate presence on Twitter as well as some of our competitors do also and it's free advertising at the end of the day.

I just need to ensure i'm logged into my personal one and not the company one when I tweet wink (Look at the recent Vodafone Twitter incident!).
