Lifting body of chassis - a little bit........

Does anyone know or has anyone tried lifting the body off the chassis a couple of inches? Thinking is, at some point in the future that if I wanted to do a goodish job of cleaning the outriggers then it would be easier with the extra room.
I'm basing my assumption that to lift the body slightly wouldn't require undoing much more than the securing bolts and maybe handbrake etc....
Anyone any ideas ?
