Hotel in Arras recommendation wanted

We're having a bit of a tour round Normandy later in the year and are looking for an overnight stay in Arras. Any hotel recommendations would be welcome, particularly if they have car parking.

We stayed here: Best Western

Nice bar and own carpark. Easy walk into Arras too.....

I've stayed at the Trois Luppars and it was ok. Plenty of parking in the town square.

However restaurants in Arras seems to shut early: don't expect to get anything to eat after 8pm.

Yes, I remember that about the place too. It's not much of a town if you want any kind of 'nightlife'. Pretty place, but I wouldn't stay there again.
