ND Grad filters

Quick question - are they all some kind of acrylic material? I have some Cokin ones, which unfortunately despite keeping them in their holders, have developed small scratches on them. I was wondering if any were actually glass and the reason why Lee filters are so much more expensive.

not sure about lee filters, but at work we have some pro formatte 4x4 ones, and theyre all some kind of glass

I think the lee filters are glass.

Lee do both glass and plastic filters. All my filters are scratched! Unless they are really bad, you'll never notice on the photo.
