Wiring diagram needed for lucas electronic ignition

As we are restoring TVR carclub Holland former Chairman Hans Hardy's Vixen, we are in desperate need of a wiring diagram for this Lucas electronic ignition box.

It looks like its one that just plugs sraight onto the distibutor, I think they're usually on Bosch ones.

I'm sure the Lucas website will have a wiring diagram.


We've got a Lumenition ignition system on our 1600M, there are three wires that go to the distributor for the optical system. A red one, a black one and a blue one.

Then theres a black from the box to earth.
A green/purple wire to the negative side of the coil.
And I think theres a red wire from the box to a 12V feed.

I have a new complete "Lucas competition contactless electronic ignition" for my vixen( 43d4 distributor with trigger(same as my caterham engine), ignition amplifier,ballast resistor, lucas coil, complete wiring) but my amplifier is AB15 and not the same wiring color.
I can scan the circuitlayout at work tomorrow if it can help you??

I am not sure you can use this wiring?not the same color!

This Lucas system has a bespoke rotor arm....I do the V6 version of the arm which requires machining of a early Lucas version of the rotor arm (rare as anything) and swapping the cutter onto that machined part, which is a pain...if you only have the controller and not the rotor then this is only good as a spare for someone who already has one.
