I need to send some work (a couple of DVDs) from Manchester to London, W3.
The DVDs won't be ready until this Sunday lunchtime, they need to be in London by Monday mid morning.

Could anyone recommend a courier/delivery service that might be able to do this.
Had a quick look on Google but am really after a personal recommendation if possible.

Thanks smile

Thanks for the offer. Don't think I'd pay enough to make it worth your while tho!
May just end up driving it down myself.

I can't think of any courier or parcel company that's open on a Sunday afternoon for either collections or drop-offs I'm afraid. It's all Mon-Sat.

You could get a local courier in first thing Monday morning (if you book on Friday) but it might be touch and go to get down to London for lunchtime.

Pay a mate or send a colleague/employee to take it down there. Failing that, take it yourself.

I think a same day courier is probably your best bet, going to cost a couple of hundred quid though.

As it's a small parcel it could be done on a bike.

I use city sprint (was post haste) from time to time for jobs like this, here's the details for the Manchester office. No idea if they are normally open on Sunday, give them a call and if there is a driver/rider wanting the extra work I'm sure they will sort something out.
