Corvette C2 values

I have been thinking about buying a C2 Corvette but I am not sure what these cars are likely to be worth.

Claremont had one (1964 Roadster) for just under £30k but that seems to have sold.

At the other end of the scale they have a 1965 big block car for just under £60k.

Most seem to be trade sales.

There does not seem to be much point in importing one, taking into account Import Tax and VAT.

A big block is probably going to be too expensive for me so I am really looking at a small block roadster, preferably 1965-1967 with disc brakes.

Any advice/ guidance gratefully received!

If it's advice you want, I recommend that you repeat this post on the CCCUK Forum, as it is probably better suited to the request..

Having said that, C2s are ultra rare, so I'd guess that you need to be prepared to part with serious wedge for a decent one.
