Ok I know this is a long shot but anyone else on here own a Tribeca? I have problems with the alarm going off for seemingly no reason in the early hours normally.. I have checked the UK manual supplement and it tells me I should be able to lock the car without alarming it and or reduce the sensitivity of the motion/impact sensor via the settings menu on the monitor, however when I go into the relevant menu the alarm icon is missing, so no adjustment possible.

Can you see if you have this option in your menu or suggest a way that I can manually disable the alarm but lock the car until I can get it to a dealer next week?

Cheers

Get the dealer to program it. Shouldn't cost you a bean. Might just need the info system reflashing/programming smile
